Rick and Morty and Squanch Video games co-founder Justin Roiland is out as CEO of the Excessive on Life developer, the corporate introduced Tuesday. The corporate tweeted from its official Twitter account that Roiland resigned final week, on Jan. 16. The information of Roiland’s resignation comes hours after Grownup Swim reduce ties with the Rick and Morty creator.
Roiland is dealing with felony home abuse fees stemming from an incident in 2020; his arrest and fees went unreported publicly till NBC Information first reported the case in January.
